Storage
Keep the product away from heat, humidity, and light. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dark, dry, room-temperature controlled environment (60-80°F). Seal bags completely. With proper storage, our tapes have a shelf life of up to one year.
Q. How much Ultra Hold liquid adhesive should I use when applying a hair system?
A. For a secure hold with Ultra Hold liquid adhesive, we recommend at least two thin layers of adhesives, letting the first dry completely before applying the second.
Q. How do I tell the difference between a real and a fake bottle of Ultra Hold liquid adhesive?
A. The best way to tell the difference would be to purchase a real bottle of Ultra Hold (which can be found on our site, or through a Preferred Distributor) and compare the two. If you don’t have a real bottle handy however, there are a few things you can look out for:
- Check the labels: A different package and anything listed that is different from the official Walker Tape label will indicate a fake.
- Compare the smell: Ultra Hold liquid adhesive has a distinct smell, akin to nail polish remover. If the smell is different than that, chances are it is fake.
