CHANGES & AMENDMENTS TO SUBMITTED ORDERS
Once an order has been placed, the buyer will have one (1) business hour for orders under $1,000 and one (1) business day for orders over $1,000 to request any changes or amendments to the order. Examples of changes include (but are not limited to): adding or removing product, updating product quantities, changing an address, etc.
If changes or amendments are requested beyond these timeframes, the original order will be canceled, and a new order with an updated shipping estimate will be created. It's important to note that modifications to submitted orders may cause shipment delays, and the order will no longer qualify for the shipping guarantee.

When sending a wire transfer, please include the pro forma invoice number in the wire details, as well as your company name. Please be aware there may be a currency conversion when making a wire transfer if not submitted in USD, and may result in additional fees. To get the best conversion rates, Walker Tape® recommends using services such as TransferWise.
Once submitted, please email a copy of the wire payment details to firstname.lastname@example.org. If this information is not provided, payments will be applied to the oldest open invoice.
Your order will be sent to our shipping and production teams for processing only after Walker Tape®’s accounting department has confirmed receipt of your payment.
Any overpayment on an order will be credited to the account to be used on the next invoice.
Any underpayment will result in a delay in shipping and must be resolved before the order will be processed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All refunds are processed onto the original payment method if a refund is requested within 90 days of placing the order. Any refunds requested after this time period will result in a credit.
The refund process may take up to seven business days upon product arrival to Walker Tape®’s return department to reflect on your payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
All refunds should be initiated by submitting a new case from your account page on the website. If you have any questions on how to access your account, please contact Info@WalkerTapeCo.com.
CUSTOM & WHITE/PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCT NAMING
Walker Tape® allows for customization and white/labeling of its products. Please, be aware that in designing the label of the custom product, the name of the product and logo cannot copy, resemble, or imply partnership with Walker Tape® or Walker Tape® branded products, as deemed such by a reasonable party.
Walker Tape® allows domestic and international customers to schedule pickup of orders; however, pickup of orders with flammable items is available only to domestic customers.
When scheduling an order pickup, please be mindful of the following:
- Shipment is not insured by Walker Tape®.
- Walker Tape® will not credit or replace any items lost or damaged in transit.
- Pickup must be scheduled, and all paperwork required for the shipment must be completed.
- Walker Tape® will provide the invoice and complete an SLI for the shipment; however, Walker Tape® will not complete any additional paperwork.
- All pickup orders must be picked up within three business days of being ready; failure to do so will result in a 2% storage fee being added to the total cost.
- Walker Tape® will not contact the shipping courier for any reason.
- All communication and scheduling of the pickup with the shipping courier must be handled by the customer.
Once the shipment has left Walker Tape®’s facility, Walker Tape® assumes no liability of the shipment.
